THE BISTRO

The  Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Room service is available.

A selection of hearty traditional fare is offered and some chef”s signature dishes.  We also have some Asian dishes on a special menu. Lighter meals are available.

The bistro is fully licensed and includes a selection of Tasmanian and other wines, beers, liquors, spirits and cocktails.
